If a package is returned to Just ADD Dogs due to incorrect customer or shipping address information provided, the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees to resend the package. Refunds are not available for orders returned due to incorrect customer or shipping address information.
Order shipped to wrong address
If you provided the wrong shipping address, please contact me. Orders that have not been shipped can be re-addressed. Domestic US orders that have been shipped may be able to be redirected with USPS Package Intercept®. Additional fees may apply.
