US Domestic Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

International Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Package Service. Estimated shipping times vary based on the shipping method you choose and the recipient’s country. International shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Customs and import taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees. Additional customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Customs policies vary by country and cannot be predicted or changed. Customs clearance procedures can cause delivery delays. For more information contact your local customs office.

Estimated shipping times per USPS
Canada: 2-3 weeks
United States: 3-5 business days
Europe: 3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Returned packages
If a package is returned to Just ADD Dogs due to incorrect customer or shipping address information provided, the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees to resend the package. Refunds are not available for orders returned due to incorrect customer or shipping address information.

Order shipped to wrong address
If you provided the wrong shipping address, please contact me. Orders that have not been shipped can be re-addressed. Domestic US orders that have been shipped may be able to be redirected with USPS Package Intercept®. Additional fees may apply.
